Interior & Outdoor Reserved Spaces - Work Order Requirements
Interior Event/Reserved Spaces (Including 25Live & CardinalEngage)
Custodial – A Customer Funded request is required for event cleaning post event in the event space rented. If the event has a large attendance, bathroom refresh service is suggested for the nearby restrooms that will be utilized.
PSSI (Trash/Recycling) – A Customer Funded request is required for Trio bins (Trash/Recycle/Compost) if food and beverage is being served.
Outdoor Event/Reserved Spaces (Including 25Live & CardinalEngage)
All events scheduled to occur outdoors on Stanford’s main academic campus (LBRE serviced areas) requires the following Customer Funded work requests to be placed. Each service should be submitted as its own request.
Grounds/Irrigation – Regardless of the event occurring on pavement, grass or a patio, a Customer Funded work request is required. Irrigation will be shutoff in the areas surrounding the event site. Grounds will confirm no major work is scheduled in the area and inspect the area post event for any issues or damages. Estimated cost of this service is $130/hr. if the area is left clean and undamaged.
PSSI (Trash/Recycling/Compost “trio” bins) – If your event will be serving food, a Customer Funded work request for PSSI’s trio bins are required to be ordered. One set of trio bins typically handles waste for 60-75 people.
Janitorial – If your event will be utilizing a nearby building's restrooms and their use has been approved by the Building Manager, please double check with the Building Manager if they will require a Customer Funded work order for Janitorial to provide a cleaning and refresh service for the restrooms being utilized. If your event will result in a large amount of trash or you wish to have custodial services clean up after your event, please submit a Customer Funded work request.
Lake Lagunita BBQ Area - Renting the Lake Lagunita BBQ area requires a Customer Funded Custodial request (Grounds/Irrigation is not required). Cleaning of the general area, BBQ and Fire pit will be completed (regardless of use).
