Custodial Base Services

Basic Task Definitions

NOTE: Services listed here are a basic guideline, not specific to each building.

Full Dusting*	Includes dusting all horizontal/vertical areas 6 ft and under, such as window sills, baseboards, bookshelves, partition tops etc. This service does not* include removal of personal items or cleaning blinds.
High Dusting	Includes dusting surfaces, corner and doors above 6 ft to 12 ft high.
Spot Clean	Includes cleaning marks from doors, walls, tabletops, glass, etc.
Spot Vacuum/Sweep	Removal of visible debris from carpet or floors.
Full Vacuum/ Sweep & Mop	Wall-to-wall vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping, including edges and corners.
